New “Pocket” App a Must-Have for Travelers

The recently launched Pocket app (free for iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, Android and Kindle Fire) was just named Apple’s “App of the Week,” and it’s a must-have if you’re traveling—especially if you’re not sure whether you’ll have Internet access on your trip.

Pocket (formerly Read it Later), allows users to save their web content to view later, on their schedule, even when they don’t have an Internet connection, such as when on a plane, commuting on a bus, in a car, camping, on the beach or on a cruise ship. Once saved to Pocket, the list of content is visible on any device — phone, tablet or computer.

Travel content is a big part of how Pocket’s five million users enjoy the app: People are saving online travel guides, maps, restaurant recommendations, images from places that they want to visit, and more.

Do you all love the ‘enchanting’ breakout TV show hit “Once Upon A Time” as much as I do?! I was so excited to hear that it was renewed for another season.

If you haven’t caught the show on ABC this past year, it releases August 28, on both DVD and Blu-ray. You can catch up on the adventures of Henry, Emma, Snow White and Prince Charming and the Evil Queen Regina who is trying to make their lives miserable.

The video, directed by Thomas Trail, was shot in North Compton, CA and gives the first glimpse of Scouts, made up of Morgan Freed (vocals, guitar), Stephen Soss (guitars, keyboards), and Jerrod Bettis (drums, keys, vocals).

Shane Harper Takes Over Radio Disney

Singer and “Good Luck Charlie” actor, Shane Harper, recently took over the Radio Disney studios for an acoustic performance of his song “Dancing in the Rain.” The young musician will unveil the official music video for “Dancing in the Rain” in mid-May. In the meantime, fans can check out the music video for his single, “Rocketship.” Both songs appear on the 12 track version of Shane’s self-titled debut album, available exclusively at Target.
