There are five segments to the workout:

These workouts are a bit of a challenge, at least for those that don’t currently workout using these methods.  The instructors also share tips on how to make the workouts less impact if you need to workout that way, and encourage you to work up to a level that you feel comfortable with.

I found them to go quite fast and felt two steps behind the first time I used it, but after that knew what to expect so was able to keep up.

In addition to the Strength Training with Desi Bartlett the DVD contains the following workouts:

Yoga with Shiva Rea, Pilates with Kristin McGee, Abs Workout with Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp and Cardio Program with Violet Zaki.

I haven’t been using this for long but I like it.  It incorporates the best of many workouts, and I like having strength and cardiovascular exercises on the same DVD but in different workouts.  I think this will prove to be a fitness DVD that I can use on a regular basis.
