Choosing a good yoga DVD should not be a frustrating experience — after all that would be counter productive to the whole reason you’re getting one…right?
A few weeks ago I received a couple of yoga DVDs from Gaiam and I’ll share a bit about them with you.
Yoga is a healthy choice for our body…if you do it correctly and that’s why Kathryn Budig’s aim true yoga is a good bet for a yoga novice. It contains 3 workouts including a 25 minute Beginner’s Practice. After all for the yoga to be effective you need to learn the proper form. Once you find you’re comfortable with that you can move on to the Authentic Flow (45 minutes) and Yoga Poses Demystified (10 minutes). And if you’re up for some yoga on the go – there is a bonus 10 minute download to Power Up Your Core.
If you find getting exercise in during the week is not always easy, you may find it possible with Rodney Yee’s DAILY YOGA. Between 10 -25 minutes a day, you can live a healthier life. Day 1 helps you Build The Foundation, Day 2: Energize – Day 3 you Strengthen The Core, Day 4: Clean It Out and get ready for the weekend because on Day 5 you Calm Down. To finish it off you can download the bonus 10 minute Rodney’s Reflections for the coming week ahead.
